Return policy:

If you are not satisfied about a product you received, you can return it within 10 working days of the date of order receipt at your own cost, only by a courier service.

Attention: we accept returned products only if the product and original packaging are intact, including labels e.t.c..

Products in sale are not returned 

Keep in mind that we don't return cash, so we will electronically send you a credit coupon of equal value with the returned product, which you will be able to redeem on your next purchase.

Defective product:

We do our best to bring the products to you in perfect condition via great packaging.

We do not return products that are damaged by the transportation company(but we will do our best to help you).

If, however, you receive a defective product, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] or call 22310 44498 and send it to: Kyprou 73, PC. 35100, Lamia and we will assume the cost of return (excluding the cost of cash on delivery) and we will return your money, by a credit coupon for your next purchase or alternatively we will change the defective product with a new one.
